DAY 01: SINGAPORE FRANKFURT
Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Frankfurt.
DAY 02: FRANKFURT – AMSTERDAM
(Dinner)
Welcome to Frankfurt! Upon arrival, we shall transfer to Amsterdam. Enroute, we shall make a photo stop at Bonn. If time permits, you may want to make a visit to the Beethovan’s House. (Entrance Fees at your own expense). Thereafter, we shall continue on our journey to Amsterdam for our dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 03: AMSTERDAM
(Breakfast/ Lunch)
After breakfast, we start our highlight tour today which is the Riijksmuseum including Rembrandt’s masterpiece, the ‘Nightwatch’. Then, we continue our tour to Amsterdam with a drive to Dam Square and the Royal Palace. Continue to explore Amsterdam on our canal cruise in a glass topped boat cruising along the canals. Glide gently through some of the city’s 800 bridges, quaint historic buildings and barges moored alongside. Then, visit a Diamond Factory before proceeding to learn about Cheese and Clogs Making. You may want to snap up a great photo shot in front of the traditional windmills as the backdrop.
DAY 04: AMSTERDAM – AALSMEER – KEUKENHOF – DELFT – ROTTERDAM
(Breakfast/ Lunch)
After an early breakfast today, we will depart to Aalsmeer to see the Flower Auction. Next, we will visit the Bulb Fields at Kaukenhof (which is only open from April to Mid-May). When it is closed, we will then visit Holland in Miniature at Madurodam). Thereaftere, we proceed to Scheveningen before we drive though The Hague. We shall round off today’s tour with a visit to the Town of Delft and The Royal Delft Pottery Factory before we arrive into Rotterdam this evening.
DAY 05: ROTTERDAM – TIEL – NIJMEGEN – ARNHEM
(Breakfast/ Dinner)
After breakfast, enjoy an orientation tour in Rotterdam before we drive on to visit the “Delta Expo” at the Eastern Scheldt Dam. Then, proceed to Tiel where we visit an old Pewter Factory. Next, we journey on to Nijmegen to visit one of the important museum at Groesbeek, dedicated to the history of “Operation Market Garden” in 1944. Finally, we make our way to Arnhem to see the famous World War II Bridge before arriving at our hotel for our overnight stay.
DAY 06: ARNHEM – COLOGNE
(Breakfast/ Dinner)
After Breakfast this morning, we will enter the largest park in Holland – The Hoge Veluwe and the Kroller- Muller Museum, which houses some of Van Gogh’s most famous works. In the afternoon, we shall continue on our journey to Cologne where we enjoy an orientation tour in Cologne which brings us the famous Gothic Cathedral. Dedicated to the saints Peter and Mary, Cologne Cathedral (Kolner Dom) is the seat of the Catholic Archbishop of Cologne. Cologne Cathedral still boasts the world’s largest church façade. The Cathedral’s main treasure is a golden reliquary containing the remains of the Three Magic Christmas story fame. These relics and other treasures have made Cologne Cathedral a major pilgrimage destination for centuries
DAY 07: COLOGNE – LUXEMBOURG
(Breakfast/ Lunch)
This morning, we shall bid farewell to Cologne as we continue on our journey to Luxembourg just in time for our lunch. After lunch, enjoy an orientation tour in Luxembourg that shows the Cathedral of Our Lady, the Grand Ducal Palace and the General Patton’s Grave.
DAY 08: LUXEMBOURG – PARIS
(Breakfast/ Dinner)
After breakfast, we start on our coach journey to France – Paris. Upon arrival, free at your own leisure for some photo-taking or shopping and more shopping till it is time to meet and settle down for our dinner. Paris come into action as we enter the night! You may want to consider taking an optional tour to world –renowned French Can-Can Revue with all its fun, colour and excitement or enjoy a romantic cruise on River Seine.
DAY 09: PARIS – 2nd Level Eiffel Tower

Our morning Paris sightseeing today will cover the glorious Arc De Triomphe that was erected by Napoleon in 1806 as a memorial to his victorious army which has since 1919 become a National Monument to the unknown soldiers of France. Next, we shall proceed to one of the largest squares in the world – Palace de La Concorde. We shall then drive down the Champs Elysees that was laid in the 17th Century, with 12 avenues radiating like rays of light from a star. Then, the greatest highlight for today – the famous Eiffel Tower, built for the exhibition of 1889. Take a lift up to the 2nd Level for a charming panorama view of Paris . Continue to the grand Notre Dame and pass by the Louvre Museum and its glittering Glass Pyramid. After lunch, it is free time at your own leisure for your last minute souvenir shopping and photo-taking.
DAY 10: PARIS SINGAPORE
(Breakfast)
After breakfast, free at leisure till transfer to Paris International Airport for your flight back to Singapore.
DAY 11: SINGAPORE
Today, arrive in Singapore with sweet and fond memories of your Europe Holiday with Super Travels!!!

What is the difference between Full Package and Land Package?
A Full package includes air tickets, hotel accommodation, meals and sightseeing as specified in the itinerary. A Land package includes all the above except air tickets. This is usually for passengers who have their own air tickets and wish to travel as per itinerary.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Remarks
1.        Extension/Deviation is charged at SGD150 per person. T&C apply and subject to confirmation.
2.        Minimum Group Size: 15 passengers
3.        For reservation, a deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of booking.
4.        Deposit paid does not constitute confirmation of tour
5.        Bookings are on request basis, subject to group confirmation.
6.        Prices for Land Arrangement do NOT include arrival/departure transfer.
7.        Prices do NOT include Airport Taxes, War Insurance Tax and Fuel Tax. It also excludes visa fee and tipping.
8.        All rates are subject to change without notice.
9.        Visa is passenger’s own responsibility; the relevant cancellation fee is still applicable.
10.     Deviation is allowed on the inbound sector and capped at 20% of the total group size.

TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I, make the tour booking, confirm that, I read, understood and accepted the following tour conditions.
 
BOOKING INFORMATION
It is advisable to place your bookings at least 5-15days prior to departure. A non-refundable deposit of S$300-S$500 per person is required upon booking. Balance in full is to be made at least 14days before departure.
 
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Cancellation of booking must be made in writing to avoid misunderstanding. For any trip cancellation, the charges will be imposed as follows. If your cancellation is received by the company at least 40 of more days prior departure, an administrative fee of S$50 per person will be levied and the balance of your deposit will be transferred to your next proposed tour of a similar value subject to a grace period of up to 6 months from the original departure date. (This also applies to cancellation due to visa rejection by the respective embassies as service had been acted upon.) If your notice of cancellation is received less than 40days prior to departure, the following cancellation charges will apply:

For each amendment made to flights or deviation, hotel extension bookings or similar amendments after the booking had been processed, an amendment fee of S$25 per person will be levied. Any additional charges incurred as a result of the amendment made will be borne by the tour member.
 
REFUNDS ON TOUR PACKAGES
Tour members should be aware that the company is acting as an agent for the service suppliers, so when payment is made, all arrangements cannot be confirmed, we will endeavour to notify members as soon as possible and a full refund will be made. The company shall not be liable for any further claims, expenses or whosoever.
 
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES
-          Economy return excursion group ticket.
-          Hotel accommodation on Twin/Triple sharing basis.
-          Single room occupancy supplement is at additional cost.
-          Meals as specified in the itinerary.
-          Admission fees and sightseeing as specified in the itinerary.
-          Transfers between Airport and Hotel for full tours only.
-          Local guide
-          Baggage allowance is 20KG per person.
 
TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES
-          Passport, visa fees.
-          Airport taxes, excess baggage charge.
-          Travel insurance.
-          Meals, gratuities and other services not listed in the itinerary.
-          Wine, mineral water, laundry and all items of a person nature.
-          Tipping.
 
CHILD FARE
Eligibility. Below 12 years old (on the date of departure). Child fare is based on sharing twin room with two adults. A surcharge will be impose for a child who require an extra bed or occupy a room with only one adult.
 
VISA AND PASSPORT
It is the responsibility of tour members to ensure that they have a valid International Passport or other recognised travel documents which should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from the last destination of your itinerary. You must have the necessary visas, vaccinations, health certificate and all necessary travel documents as required by the various Government authorities of the countries to be visited. (e.g. exit permit, work permit, social visitor pass etc.) The Company cannot, however guarantee the approval of your visa application.
 
EXTENSION OF STAY/ DEVIATION
Extension of stay/ deviation may be permitted at the last stop, subject to the maximum validity and conditions of the air ticket. It is the passengers’ responsibilities to ensure that they hold confirmed booking for their return flight. Some airlines will impose a surcharge and this will be borne by the tour member.
 
Extension of stay/ deviation will be at passengers own expense and transfer to airport will not be provided. When extension of stay/ deviation cannot be confirmed, passengers are deemed to be taking the original tour schedule. Reverting to the original tour schedule may be difficult once the extension of stay/ deviation has been confirmed.
The ticket issued is a special ticket restricted to the specified airline only. It is non-reroutable. Any alteration of the routing or change of date by passengers is solely at his/her own risk.
 
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
Super Travels Private Limited and its associated agents act only as agents for the passenger and the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principals involved in this tour. All tickets and vouchers and documents issued are subject to the terms, conditions and contracts under which such transportation and other services are provided. They assume no responsibility for injury, illness, damages, accidents, loss, delay, death or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. All booking are subject to the terms, conditions and contracts of the local ground operators. The company reserves the right to alter or modify the timetable, carriers, itineraries and hotel accommodation in any way necessary in the interest of tour members or due to circumstances over the operation had no control.
If additional expenses are incurred through delays, accidents no disruption or advertised schedules beyond the control of the operator, such as expenses must be borne by the passenger(s). The transportation companies and firms shall be exempted from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss damage, sickness or injury by whomsoever caused and of whatever kind occurring of or to the passenger at any item when the passengers is not onboard a carrier conveyance used to operated by the transportation companies or firms. The company does not accept any liability in contract or in tort of any injury, damage, loss delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or in directly by events which are beyond its control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on its part including but not limited to war, civil disturbances, fire, floods, usually severe weather, acts of goods, acts of government or authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action. The passage contract in use by the transportation companies or firms concerned shall be constituted the sole contract between the transportation companies and firms and the purchasers of these tour and/or passengers.
All tickets, coupons and order are furnished and subject in all respects to those terms and condition under which means of transportation or other services provided thereby are offered or supplied by owner, operators, public carries, managing agents or agents.
Super Travels Private Limited reserves the right to reserves the right to decline, to accept any booking or, after acceptance, to cancel the tour arrangement for any reason (including insufficient number of particulars and non-confirmation to arrangements). Should this happen, the entire payment will be refundable and Super Travels Private Limited shall be under no further liability to the clients.
 
FURTHER NOTES
1. No refund or reduction will be made for any services, transfers, accommodation, meals or tours unutilised.
2. Tour price is subject to change without notice in the event of sudden fluctuation in market prices of increase of airfare and/or local taxes during effective period.
3. No guide, courier escort or other employees or agent of Super Travels Private Limited is authorised to commit the company to any liability whatsoever and the company will not be bound by any statement or representation unless it is signed by an authorised member of the company.
4. Super Travels Private Limited shall not be held responsible for the deportation or refuse of entry by immigration authorities of tour members resulting from the possession of unlawful items or those holding improper travel document or other causes or whose behaviour and activities are considered as subversive by foreign government concerned.
5. Programme, tour prices, services and conditions as listed are based on the situation applicable at the time of publication therefore are subject to changes with or without prior notice.
6. Tours will be operated on a sit-in coach basis, when and where circumstances, deemed necessary.
 
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be made in writing within 2 weeks after services are being rendered. No responsibility is accepted of any complaint which is not so made.
