Super Travels was established in 1978 by a small group of Chinese business men who were interested in Chinese culture and wished to facilitate the travel of Singapore Overseas Chineses back to midland China to find their roots.  Therefore, it used to provide Tour to China only. 

 

In 1996, there was a change in management and it relocated to the present main office at The Concourse (Shopping Mall).  It expanded its scope of business which covered tours not only to China but also other parts of the world including Europe, US and many other destinations.

 

Currently, Super Travels has its main office at The Concourse (Shopping Mall) and a branch office at Peoples’ Park Complex in Singapore.  It has also offices strategically located in Europe and China to enhance its tour quality and pricing so as to benefit our clients. With more than 30 years of travel experience, we have nurtured many talented travel professionals. We market a wide range of travel packages. We are committed to provide our clients with the itinerary which best suit their need at the most favorable pricing.

 

We provide more than 500 packages encompassing a worldwide destination such as Europe, America, Pacific, Mediterranean and Asia. Our niche lies in the Europe and China Markets. We are strengthening our market position in America and Exotic travel such as Egypt, Turkey, Jordan, Dubai and South Africa. Thanks to our satisfied clients with the words of mouth, we see increase in incentive tours and pilgrimage tours that we don't even need to publicise it.

 

We know service business depends very much on the quality of our staff and we have been investing in our human capital. We have been recruiting new blood every year while retaining capable employees. We empower our staff to be competent in their jobs and be sensitive and responsive to our clients’ needs. We have more than 50 well-trained and experienced travel professionals equipped to provide our clients with a value for money and pleasant travel experience. You will notice the difference when you call our office.  You will not be listening to phone recording as every call will be picked up by our friendly tour consultant with less than 3 rings.  All our staff will do our best to ensure that our clients’ specific needs and expectation are met.

 

Our marketing strategy is to provide our clients with the best within the client’s budget and time so as to creating an atmosphere of trust that the clients will become our royal customers and keep coming back to us for their future holidays.  It is not uncommon to see our happy clients bringing their photo albums to our office to share their happy memory with our staff.  Our delicate team work hard to provide innovative packages that yet to be marketed by other travel agents.  Also, we have been constantly upgrading our staff with the products knowledge and improve on services. We do a cost saving through non-extravagant packaging (you do not see us printing expensive tour booklets which actually all cost are borne by you) and advertising. This is the reason why we are able to keep prices low and pass these savings on to our clients. We want our clients to count on us, rely on us and evolve with us. We want all our first time clients to become our repeated clients who advocate for Super Travels.

 

In the coming years, we are exploring new possibilities, opportunities and growth. We strive to build powerful partnership with airlines and tourism offices, as well as credit card or loyalty card companies and retailers of travel-products or services to add values to our clients. We trust that by doing so, we will be able to fulfill our clients' traveling needs with extra perks.
